We have always had great experiences at Radiology Associates for our ultrasounds. The staff is friendly, and professional. They always make your feel welcome and at ease. At our last ultrasound, they even gave us this adorable scratch card for finding our the gender of our baby. It was so fun to be able to bring it home and experience the gender reveal with our older children, and find out as a family.

Went in for an Ultrasound for a early dating scan. Kennedy was great and very professional. I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I have had to come here many times in the past for medical purposes, and have always had pleasant experiences. However, none compare to the great experiences of the visits for ultrasounds for our children. Most recently, we had Andrea as a technician. The patience and care she has is extremely helpful and comforting. Her sharing of information and knowledge when we ask questions was the best we have had. Not only was she clearly knowledgeable and great at her job, she was also open, friendly and willing to hold a conversation, which I think is important when doing these sorts of things.

I just had  my first mammogram done here. I was pretty nervous, but was immediately put at ease. The staff are amazing and caring and efficient.

I was very pleased to have visited the U3T University MRI Centre earlier on today to undergo my MRI exam. I was warmly welcomed and we proceeded through the intake interview thoroughly but I never felt rushed. It is immediately obvious that the staff all work together in a spirit of cooperation and that there is a cohesive, caring and supportive environment. I felt no apprehension but some patients might have different concerns. I think they would be reassured that all of their questions will be heard and their concerns received in a caring and nonjudgmental way. My perspective is a little different than some as I recently retired from 30 years of medical practice. I now experience our health care system as a patient rather than as a provider. Sometimes it is clear that a facility is trying its best but for various reasons the end result leaves patients wishing their concerns had been heard. This is absolutely not the case here. I observed staff who were kind and considerate and watched as they sought to reassure and support patients who might need extra care. It was truly a pleasure to see this and to know as a former physician how helpful this can be. This applies irrespective of whether the patients are referred in through Alberta Health Care or through private pay. The imaging technology is amount the best available in Alberta. I have confidence that my health care needs have been met. A note of recognition to the radiologists who have built and managed the facility. It is clear they have assembled a caring and competent team. I observed this as a patient having seen it in my former role as a physician. Well done!! With kindest personal regards. The professionalism and caring that we received from Niki and staff was exceptional during the MRI procedure. She made the entire process very comfortable with her caring demeanor and knowledge. I would highly recommend U3T MRI department to everyone and anyone as the level of compassion and expertise received is far above our expectations.

Sometimes we forget to acknowledge/thank employees who do their jobs efficiently-Radiology is a good example. Needing 2 different procedures done, I was accommodated by having them done back to back, so 1 visit instead of 2. A reminder for the booking the day before, was appreciated. From reception to navigating around this large facility was helpful. I found everything so well organized, all the procedures were explained and questions answered. Thank you.
